Social Media Content Coordinator – 0–1 Years | Oman

A work-from-home social media opportunity for people living in Oman. Suitable for candidates with up to one year of experience, including internships, freelance work or part-time roles. Day to day you will work inside a small, supportive team with clear priorities and weekly check-ins.

• Reply to comments and direct messages in a consistent brand voice
• Source or edit short-form video and image assets
• Track engagement, reach and follower growth in a weekly report
• Draft and schedule posts across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and X
• Maintain a library of reusable captions and hashtags
• Flag negative sentiment to the team quickly

• Good written English
• Basic editing skills with Canva, CapCut or similar
• Ability to write short, engaging captions
• Consistent daily availability
• Active understanding of major social platforms

• Arabic caption writing
• Experience growing a personal or brand account
• Basic photography or video shooting skills
