Social Media Content Coordinator – 0–1 Years | Worldwide Remote

We are hiring for a remote social media position based in worldwide, with priority given to Gulf-based applicants. Suitable for candidates with up to one year of experience, including internships, freelance work or part-time roles. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

• Flag negative sentiment to the team quickly
• Reply to comments and direct messages in a consistent brand voice
• Build a monthly content calendar with campaign themes
• Source or edit short-form video and image assets
• Maintain a library of reusable captions and hashtags

• Active understanding of major social platforms
• Good written English
• Basic editing skills with Canva, CapCut or similar
• Consistent daily availability
• Ability to write short, engaging captions

• Arabic caption writing
• Basic photography or video shooting skills
• Familiarity with Later, Buffer or Meta Business Suite

• Paid onboarding and structured training
• Equipment stipend for laptop or headset

The role is remote worldwide and open to GCC residents. The indicative range for this role is 2,150–5,100 AED per month, confirmed at offer stage based on experience.
