Social Media Content Coordinator – 1–2 Years | Kuwait

This is a fully remote social media role you can do from home in Kuwait. Ideal for candidates with roughly one to two years of hands-on experience who are ready for more responsibility. You will be given written processes, short training sessions and a direct point of contact for questions.

• Reply to comments and direct messages in a consistent brand voice
• Track engagement, reach and follower growth in a weekly report
• Source or edit short-form video and image assets
• Flag negative sentiment to the team quickly
• Watch trending audio and formats relevant to Gulf audiences

• Consistent daily availability
• Ability to write short, engaging captions
• Active understanding of major social platforms
• Good written English
• Basic editing skills with Canva, CapCut or similar

• Basic photography or video shooting skills
• Experience growing a personal or brand account
• Arabic caption writing
• Familiarity with Later, Buffer or Meta Business Suite
