A work-from-home social media opportunity for people living in Bahrain (candidates near Muharraq preferred). Ideal for candidates with roughly one to two years of hands-on experience who are ready for more responsibility. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

• Watch trending audio and formats relevant to Gulf audiences
• Reply to comments and direct messages in a consistent brand voice
• Source or edit short-form video and image assets
• Support influencer outreach and follow-up
• Track engagement, reach and follower growth in a weekly report
• Flag negative sentiment to the team quickly

• Ability to write short, engaging captions
• Consistent daily availability
• Basic editing skills with Canva, CapCut or similar
• Good written English
• Active understanding of major social platforms

• Experience growing a personal or brand account
• Arabic caption writing
• Familiarity with Later, Buffer or Meta Business Suite
