Social Media Content Coordinator – 1–2 Years | Sohar, Oman

This is a fully remote social media role you can do from home in Oman (candidates near Sohar preferred). Ideal for candidates with roughly one to two years of hands-on experience who are ready for more responsibility. You will be given written processes, short training sessions and a direct point of contact for questions.

• Watch trending audio and formats relevant to Gulf audiences
• Draft and schedule posts across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and X
• Build a monthly content calendar with campaign themes
• Support influencer outreach and follow-up
• Maintain a library of reusable captions and hashtags
• Track engagement, reach and follower growth in a weekly report

• Consistent daily availability
• Basic editing skills with Canva, CapCut or similar
• Active understanding of major social platforms
• Ability to write short, engaging captions

• Experience growing a personal or brand account
• Basic photography or video shooting skills
• Arabic caption writing
• Familiarity with Later, Buffer or Meta Business Suite
