Social Media Content Coordinator – Junior Level | Al Rayyan, Qatar

This remote social media vacancy is open to candidates in Qatar (candidates near Al Rayyan preferred). A junior-level position for someone who has covered the basics and now wants to build depth and ownership. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

• Build a monthly content calendar with campaign themes
• Draft and schedule posts across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and X
• Source or edit short-form video and image assets
• Support influencer outreach and follow-up
• Flag negative sentiment to the team quickly
• Reply to comments and direct messages in a consistent brand voice

• Active understanding of major social platforms
• Consistent daily availability
• Ability to write short, engaging captions
• Good written English
• Basic editing skills with Canva, CapCut or similar

• Experience growing a personal or brand account
• Basic photography or video shooting skills
• Familiarity with Later, Buffer or Meta Business Suite
• Arabic caption writing
