Social Media Content Coordinator – Junior Level | Farwaniya, Kuwait

We are hiring for a remote social media position based in Kuwait (candidates near Farwaniya preferred). A junior-level position for someone who has covered the basics and now wants to build depth and ownership. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

• Build a monthly content calendar with campaign themes
• Maintain a library of reusable captions and hashtags
• Watch trending audio and formats relevant to Gulf audiences
• Coordinate with designers for post visuals
• Draft and schedule posts across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and X
• Source or edit short-form video and image assets

• Ability to write short, engaging captions
• Basic editing skills with Canva, CapCut or similar
• Active understanding of major social platforms
• Good written English
• Consistent daily availability

• Familiarity with Later, Buffer or Meta Business Suite
• Experience growing a personal or brand account
• Basic photography or video shooting skills
• Arabic caption writing

• Equipment stipend for laptop or headset
• Paid onboarding and structured training
• Monthly internet and home-office allowance
• Flexible start times within the Gulf working day
