Social Media Content Coordinator – Junior Level | GCC Remote

We are hiring for a remote social media position based in any GCC country (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain or Oman). A junior-level position for someone who has covered the basics and now wants to build depth and ownership. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

• Build a monthly content calendar with campaign themes
• Support influencer outreach and follow-up
• Track engagement, reach and follower growth in a weekly report
• Flag negative sentiment to the team quickly
• Coordinate with designers for post visuals
• Watch trending audio and formats relevant to Gulf audiences
• Reply to comments and direct messages in a consistent brand voice

• Active understanding of major social platforms
• Ability to write short, engaging captions
• Basic editing skills with Canva, CapCut or similar
• Consistent daily availability

• Familiarity with Later, Buffer or Meta Business Suite
• Arabic caption writing
• Basic photography or video shooting skills
• Experience growing a personal or brand account
