Social Media Scheduler – Junior Level | Doha, Qatar

This is a fully remote social media role you can do from home in Qatar (candidates near Doha preferred). A junior-level position for someone who has covered the basics and now wants to build depth and ownership. Expect a predictable weekly rhythm: focused task blocks, a short team sync and a simple end-of-week summary.

• Maintain a library of reusable captions and hashtags
• Support influencer outreach and follow-up
• Watch trending audio and formats relevant to Gulf audiences
• Draft and schedule posts across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and X
• Reply to comments and direct messages in a consistent brand voice

• Basic editing skills with Canva, CapCut or similar
• Consistent daily availability
• Active understanding of major social platforms
• Good written English
• Ability to write short, engaging captions

• Experience growing a personal or brand account
• Familiarity with Later, Buffer or Meta Business Suite
• Arabic caption writing
