Social Media Content Coordinator – No Experience Required | Bahrain

This remote social media vacancy is open to candidates in Bahrain. This role is open to candidates with no previous work experience — full training is provided from day one. Expect a predictable weekly rhythm: focused task blocks, a short team sync and a simple end-of-week summary.

• Source or edit short-form video and image assets
• Maintain a library of reusable captions and hashtags
• Build a monthly content calendar with campaign themes
• Watch trending audio and formats relevant to Gulf audiences
• Draft and schedule posts across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and X
• Support influencer outreach and follow-up

• Consistent daily availability
• Basic editing skills with Canva, CapCut or similar
• Active understanding of major social platforms
• Ability to write short, engaging captions

• Familiarity with Later, Buffer or Meta Business Suite
• Basic photography or video shooting skills
• Experience growing a personal or brand account
• Arabic caption writing
