Social Media Content Coordinator – No Experience Required | Sohar, Oman

This remote social media vacancy is open to candidates in Oman (candidates near Sohar preferred). This role is open to candidates with no previous work experience — full training is provided from day one. You will be given written processes, short training sessions and a direct point of contact for questions.

• Reply to comments and direct messages in a consistent brand voice
• Draft and schedule posts across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and X
• Maintain a library of reusable captions and hashtags
• Coordinate with designers for post visuals
• Flag negative sentiment to the team quickly
• Build a monthly content calendar with campaign themes

• Consistent daily availability
• Active understanding of major social platforms
• Good written English
• Basic editing skills with Canva, CapCut or similar

• Familiarity with Later, Buffer or Meta Business Suite
• Basic photography or video shooting skills
• Arabic caption writing
• Experience growing a personal or brand account

• Weekly one-to-one coaching sessions
• Certificate of completion for internship graduates
