Social Media Content Coordinator – No Experience Required | United Arab Emirates

We are hiring for a remote social media position based in United Arab Emirates. This role is open to candidates with no previous work experience — full training is provided from day one. Expect a predictable weekly rhythm: focused task blocks, a short team sync and a simple end-of-week summary.

• Draft and schedule posts across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and X
• Maintain a library of reusable captions and hashtags
• Support influencer outreach and follow-up
• Coordinate with designers for post visuals
• Reply to comments and direct messages in a consistent brand voice
• Track engagement, reach and follower growth in a weekly report

• Good written English
• Active understanding of major social platforms
• Basic editing skills with Canva, CapCut or similar
• Consistent daily availability
• Ability to write short, engaging captions

• Basic photography or video shooting skills
• Arabic caption writing
• Familiarity with Later, Buffer or Meta Business Suite
• Experience growing a personal or brand account
