Social Media Scheduler – 0–1 Years | Bahrain

We are hiring for a remote social media position based in Bahrain. Suitable for candidates with up to one year of experience, including internships, freelance work or part-time roles. Expect a predictable weekly rhythm: focused task blocks, a short team sync and a simple end-of-week summary.

• Maintain a library of reusable captions and hashtags
• Coordinate with designers for post visuals
• Draft and schedule posts across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and X
• Source or edit short-form video and image assets
• Build a monthly content calendar with campaign themes
• Watch trending audio and formats relevant to Gulf audiences

• Good written English
• Active understanding of major social platforms
• Consistent daily availability
• Ability to write short, engaging captions

• Arabic caption writing
• Experience growing a personal or brand account
• Familiarity with Later, Buffer or Meta Business Suite
• Basic photography or video shooting skills
