Social Media Scheduler – 0–1 Years | Doha, Qatar

We are hiring for a remote social media position based in Qatar (candidates near Doha preferred). Suitable for candidates with up to one year of experience, including internships, freelance work or part-time roles. You will be given written processes, short training sessions and a direct point of contact for questions.

• Source or edit short-form video and image assets
• Reply to comments and direct messages in a consistent brand voice
• Flag negative sentiment to the team quickly
• Support influencer outreach and follow-up
• Build a monthly content calendar with campaign themes
• Track engagement, reach and follower growth in a weekly report
• Maintain a library of reusable captions and hashtags

• Active understanding of major social platforms
• Consistent daily availability
• Ability to write short, engaging captions
• Basic editing skills with Canva, CapCut or similar

• Familiarity with Later, Buffer or Meta Business Suite
• Arabic caption writing
• Experience growing a personal or brand account
