Social Media Scheduler – 0–1 Years | Salalah, Oman

This remote social media vacancy is open to candidates in Oman (candidates near Salalah preferred). Suitable for candidates with up to one year of experience, including internships, freelance work or part-time roles. Day to day you will work inside a small, supportive team with clear priorities and weekly check-ins.

• Flag negative sentiment to the team quickly
• Support influencer outreach and follow-up
• Draft and schedule posts across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and X
• Watch trending audio and formats relevant to Gulf audiences
• Source or edit short-form video and image assets
• Build a monthly content calendar with campaign themes
• Maintain a library of reusable captions and hashtags

• Good written English
• Basic editing skills with Canva, CapCut or similar
• Ability to write short, engaging captions
• Active understanding of major social platforms
• Consistent daily availability

• Familiarity with Later, Buffer or Meta Business Suite
• Basic photography or video shooting skills
• Arabic caption writing

• Paid onboarding and structured training
• Access to online learning subscriptions

• Certificate of completion for internship graduates

Strong performers are supported to take on more complex work within the first six months.
