Social Media Scheduler – 1–2 Years | Qatar

We are hiring for a remote social media position based in Qatar. Ideal for candidates with roughly one to two years of hands-on experience who are ready for more responsibility. You will be given written processes, short training sessions and a direct point of contact for questions.

• Draft and schedule posts across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and X
• Support influencer outreach and follow-up
• Coordinate with designers for post visuals
• Maintain a library of reusable captions and hashtags
• Source or edit short-form video and image assets
• Watch trending audio and formats relevant to Gulf audiences

• Good written English
• Active understanding of major social platforms
• Ability to write short, engaging captions
• Consistent daily availability
• Basic editing skills with Canva, CapCut or similar

• Arabic caption writing
• Basic photography or video shooting skills
• Familiarity with Later, Buffer or Meta Business Suite
• Experience growing a personal or brand account

• Certificate of completion for internship graduates
