Social Media Scheduler – Fresh Graduates | Fujairah, United Arab Emirates

This is a fully remote social media role you can do from home in United Arab Emirates (candidates near Fujairah preferred). We welcome fresh graduates who finished their studies recently and want a first professional role they can grow in. Day to day you will work inside a small, supportive team with clear priorities and weekly check-ins.

• Watch trending audio and formats relevant to Gulf audiences
• Coordinate with designers for post visuals
• Track engagement, reach and follower growth in a weekly report
• Maintain a library of reusable captions and hashtags
• Source or edit short-form video and image assets
• Flag negative sentiment to the team quickly
• Support influencer outreach and follow-up

• Good written English
• Ability to write short, engaging captions
• Basic editing skills with Canva, CapCut or similar
• Active understanding of major social platforms
• Consistent daily availability

• Familiarity with Later, Buffer or Meta Business Suite
• Experience growing a personal or brand account
• Arabic caption writing
