Job summary

About the role

This is a fully remote social media role you can do from home in Kuwait. We welcome fresh graduates who finished their studies recently and want a first professional role they can grow in. Expect a predictable weekly rhythm: focused task blocks, a short team sync and a simple end-of-week summary.

Responsibilities

  • Draft and schedule posts across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and X
  • Build a monthly content calendar with campaign themes
  • Flag negative sentiment to the team quickly
  • Watch trending audio and formats relevant to Gulf audiences
  • Coordinate with designers for post visuals
  • Support influencer outreach and follow-up
  • Maintain a library of reusable captions and hashtags

Requirements

  • Basic editing skills with Canva, CapCut or similar
  • Good written English
  • Ability to write short, engaging captions
  • Consistent daily availability
  • Active understanding of major social platforms

Preferred skills

  • Arabic caption writing
  • Familiarity with Later, Buffer or Meta Business Suite
  • Basic photography or video shooting skills

Eligibility
