Social Media Scheduler – Fresh Graduates | Manama, Bahrain

We are hiring for a remote social media position based in Bahrain (candidates near Manama preferred). We welcome fresh graduates who finished their studies recently and want a first professional role they can grow in. Expect a predictable weekly rhythm: focused task blocks, a short team sync and a simple end-of-week summary.

• Build a monthly content calendar with campaign themes
• Maintain a library of reusable captions and hashtags
• Reply to comments and direct messages in a consistent brand voice
• Track engagement, reach and follower growth in a weekly report
• Draft and schedule posts across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and X

• Basic editing skills with Canva, CapCut or similar
• Active understanding of major social platforms
• Consistent daily availability
• Good written English
• Ability to write short, engaging captions

• Experience growing a personal or brand account
• Arabic caption writing
• Familiarity with Later, Buffer or Meta Business Suite
• Basic photography or video shooting skills

• Fully remote work with no commute
