Social Media Scheduler – Fresh Graduates | Medina, Saudi Arabia

This remote social media vacancy is open to candidates in Saudi Arabia (candidates near Medina preferred). We welcome fresh graduates who finished their studies recently and want a first professional role they can grow in. Expect a predictable weekly rhythm: focused task blocks, a short team sync and a simple end-of-week summary.

• Source or edit short-form video and image assets
• Draft and schedule posts across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and X
• Coordinate with designers for post visuals
• Watch trending audio and formats relevant to Gulf audiences
• Reply to comments and direct messages in a consistent brand voice
• Track engagement, reach and follower growth in a weekly report

• Good written English
• Consistent daily availability
• Active understanding of major social platforms
• Basic editing skills with Canva, CapCut or similar

• Familiarity with Later, Buffer or Meta Business Suite
• Basic photography or video shooting skills
• Experience growing a personal or brand account
• Arabic caption writing

• Equipment stipend for laptop or headset
• Weekly one-to-one coaching sessions

Strong performers are supported to take on more complex work within the first six months.

You must be legally resident in Saudi Arabia to apply. The indicative range for this role is 3,400–7,650 SAR per month, confirmed at offer stage based on experience.
