Social Media Scheduler – Fresh Graduates | Qatar

We are hiring for a remote social media position based in Qatar. We welcome fresh graduates who finished their studies recently and want a first professional role they can grow in. Day to day you will work inside a small, supportive team with clear priorities and weekly check-ins.

• Draft and schedule posts across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and X
• Track engagement, reach and follower growth in a weekly report
• Coordinate with designers for post visuals
• Watch trending audio and formats relevant to Gulf audiences
• Source or edit short-form video and image assets

• Consistent daily availability
• Good written English
• Ability to write short, engaging captions
• Basic editing skills with Canva, CapCut or similar
• Active understanding of major social platforms

• Arabic caption writing
• Familiarity with Later, Buffer or Meta Business Suite
• Basic photography or video shooting skills
• Experience growing a personal or brand account

You must be legally resident in Qatar to apply. The indicative range for this role is 3,800–8,500 QAR per month, confirmed at offer stage based on experience.
