Social Media Scheduler – Fresh Graduates | Salalah, Oman

A work-from-home social media opportunity for people living in Oman (candidates near Salalah preferred). We welcome fresh graduates who finished their studies recently and want a first professional role they can grow in. Expect a predictable weekly rhythm: focused task blocks, a short team sync and a simple end-of-week summary.

• Support influencer outreach and follow-up
• Coordinate with designers for post visuals
• Build a monthly content calendar with campaign themes
• Draft and schedule posts across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and X
• Maintain a library of reusable captions and hashtags

• Basic editing skills with Canva, CapCut or similar
• Good written English
• Consistent daily availability
• Active understanding of major social platforms

• Experience growing a personal or brand account
• Basic photography or video shooting skills
• Arabic caption writing
• Familiarity with Later, Buffer or Meta Business Suite

• Equipment stipend for laptop or headset
