About the role

This remote social media vacancy is open to candidates in Oman (candidates near Sohar preferred). This is a structured internship designed to give students and recent graduates supervised, hands-on experience. Day to day you will work inside a small, supportive team with clear priorities and weekly check-ins.

Responsibilities

  • Build a monthly content calendar with campaign themes
  • Track engagement, reach and follower growth in a weekly report
  • Flag negative sentiment to the team quickly
  • Coordinate with designers for post visuals
  • Reply to comments and direct messages in a consistent brand voice

Requirements

  • Basic editing skills with Canva, CapCut or similar
  • Active understanding of major social platforms
  • Consistent daily availability
  • Ability to write short, engaging captions
  • Good written English
  • Currently studying or graduated within the last two years

Preferred skills

  • Experience growing a personal or brand account
  • Arabic caption writing
  • Familiarity with Later, Buffer or Meta Business Suite
