Social Media Scheduler – Junior Level | Dammam, Saudi Arabia

This is a fully remote social media role you can do from home in Saudi Arabia (candidates near Dammam preferred). A junior-level position for someone who has covered the basics and now wants to build depth and ownership. You will be given written processes, short training sessions and a direct point of contact for questions.

• Watch trending audio and formats relevant to Gulf audiences
• Draft and schedule posts across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and X
• Source or edit short-form video and image assets
• Flag negative sentiment to the team quickly
• Reply to comments and direct messages in a consistent brand voice
• Support influencer outreach and follow-up

• Ability to write short, engaging captions
• Basic editing skills with Canva, CapCut or similar
• Good written English
• Consistent daily availability

• Familiarity with Later, Buffer or Meta Business Suite
• Arabic caption writing
• Experience growing a personal or brand account
