Social Media Scheduler – Junior Level | Kuwait

We are hiring for a remote social media position based in Kuwait. A junior-level position for someone who has covered the basics and now wants to build depth and ownership. Day to day you will work inside a small, supportive team with clear priorities and weekly check-ins.

• Build a monthly content calendar with campaign themes
• Draft and schedule posts across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and X
• Support influencer outreach and follow-up
• Flag negative sentiment to the team quickly
• Coordinate with designers for post visuals
• Watch trending audio and formats relevant to Gulf audiences
• Maintain a library of reusable captions and hashtags

• Basic editing skills with Canva, CapCut or similar
• Active understanding of major social platforms
• Consistent daily availability
• Ability to write short, engaging captions
• Good written English

• Arabic caption writing
• Experience growing a personal or brand account
• Familiarity with Later, Buffer or Meta Business Suite

• Certificate of completion for internship graduates
• Equipment stipend for laptop or headset
