Social Media Scheduler – No Experience Required | Al Wakrah, Qatar

We are hiring for a remote social media position based in Qatar (candidates near Al Wakrah preferred). This role is open to candidates with no previous work experience — full training is provided from day one. You will be given written processes, short training sessions and a direct point of contact for questions.

• Draft and schedule posts across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and X
• Coordinate with designers for post visuals
• Build a monthly content calendar with campaign themes
• Source or edit short-form video and image assets
• Maintain a library of reusable captions and hashtags

• Ability to write short, engaging captions
• Active understanding of major social platforms
• Consistent daily availability
• Good written English
• Basic editing skills with Canva, CapCut or similar

• Basic photography or video shooting skills
• Experience growing a personal or brand account
• Arabic caption writing
• Familiarity with Later, Buffer or Meta Business Suite

• Weekly one-to-one coaching sessions
• Monthly internet and home-office allowance
• Certificate of completion for internship graduates
• Clear performance reviews every quarter
• Mentorship from an experienced team lead

You must be legally resident in Qatar to apply. The indicative range for this role is 2,000–4,500 QAR per month, confirmed at offer stage based on experience.
