Social Media Scheduler – No Experience Required | Bahrain

We are hiring for a remote social media position based in Bahrain. This role is open to candidates with no previous work experience — full training is provided from day one. Expect a predictable weekly rhythm: focused task blocks, a short team sync and a simple end-of-week summary.

• Track engagement, reach and follower growth in a weekly report
• Maintain a library of reusable captions and hashtags
• Flag negative sentiment to the team quickly
• Source or edit short-form video and image assets
• Reply to comments and direct messages in a consistent brand voice

• Good written English
• Ability to write short, engaging captions
• Basic editing skills with Canva, CapCut or similar
• Consistent daily availability
• Active understanding of major social platforms

• Basic photography or video shooting skills
• Arabic caption writing
• Experience growing a personal or brand account

• Mentorship from an experienced team lead
• Paid onboarding and structured training
• Clear performance reviews every quarter
