Social Media Scheduler – No Experience Required | Fujairah, United Arab Emirates

A work-from-home social media opportunity for people living in United Arab Emirates (candidates near Fujairah preferred). This role is open to candidates with no previous work experience — full training is provided from day one. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

• Watch trending audio and formats relevant to Gulf audiences
• Support influencer outreach and follow-up
• Coordinate with designers for post visuals
• Build a monthly content calendar with campaign themes
• Track engagement, reach and follower growth in a weekly report

• Good written English
• Consistent daily availability
• Active understanding of major social platforms
• Basic editing skills with Canva, CapCut or similar

• Arabic caption writing
• Experience growing a personal or brand account
• Familiarity with Later, Buffer or Meta Business Suite
• Basic photography or video shooting skills

• Equipment stipend for laptop or headset
• Access to online learning subscriptions
• Paid onboarding and structured training
• Mentorship from an experienced team lead

Strong performers are supported to take on more complex work within the first six months.
