Social Media Scheduler – No Experience Required | GCC Remote

We are hiring for a remote social media position based in any GCC country (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain or Oman). This role is open to candidates with no previous work experience — full training is provided from day one. Day to day you will work inside a small, supportive team with clear priorities and weekly check-ins.

• Reply to comments and direct messages in a consistent brand voice
• Flag negative sentiment to the team quickly
• Support influencer outreach and follow-up
• Draft and schedule posts across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and X
• Maintain a library of reusable captions and hashtags
• Track engagement, reach and follower growth in a weekly report
• Build a monthly content calendar with campaign themes

• Basic editing skills with Canva, CapCut or similar
• Ability to write short, engaging captions
• Active understanding of major social platforms
• Good written English
• Consistent daily availability

• Arabic caption writing
• Familiarity with Later, Buffer or Meta Business Suite
• Basic photography or video shooting skills
• Experience growing a personal or brand account
