Social Media Scheduler – No Experience Required | Salalah, Oman

A work-from-home social media opportunity for people living in Oman (candidates near Salalah preferred). This role is open to candidates with no previous work experience — full training is provided from day one. Day to day you will work inside a small, supportive team with clear priorities and weekly check-ins.

• Flag negative sentiment to the team quickly
• Draft and schedule posts across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and X
• Support influencer outreach and follow-up
• Watch trending audio and formats relevant to Gulf audiences
• Reply to comments and direct messages in a consistent brand voice

• Basic editing skills with Canva, CapCut or similar
• Consistent daily availability
• Active understanding of major social platforms
• Good written English
• Ability to write short, engaging captions

• Arabic caption writing
• Experience growing a personal or brand account
• Familiarity with Later, Buffer or Meta Business Suite
• Basic photography or video shooting skills
