Social Media Trainee – 0–1 Years | Al Rayyan, Qatar

We are hiring for a remote social media position based in Qatar (candidates near Al Rayyan preferred). Suitable for candidates with up to one year of experience, including internships, freelance work or part-time roles. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

• Coordinate with designers for post visuals
• Track engagement, reach and follower growth in a weekly report
• Support influencer outreach and follow-up
• Reply to comments and direct messages in a consistent brand voice
• Build a monthly content calendar with campaign themes

• Active understanding of major social platforms
• Good written English
• Ability to write short, engaging captions
• Basic editing skills with Canva, CapCut or similar

• Arabic caption writing
• Familiarity with Later, Buffer or Meta Business Suite
• Experience growing a personal or brand account
• Basic photography or video shooting skills
