Social Media Trainee – 0–1 Years | Bahrain

A work-from-home social media opportunity for people living in Bahrain. Suitable for candidates with up to one year of experience, including internships, freelance work or part-time roles. You will be given written processes, short training sessions and a direct point of contact for questions.

• Draft and schedule posts across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and X
• Track engagement, reach and follower growth in a weekly report
• Watch trending audio and formats relevant to Gulf audiences
• Maintain a library of reusable captions and hashtags
• Source or edit short-form video and image assets
• Flag negative sentiment to the team quickly

• Basic editing skills with Canva, CapCut or similar
• Active understanding of major social platforms
• Consistent daily availability
• Ability to write short, engaging captions
• Good written English

• Familiarity with Later, Buffer or Meta Business Suite
• Experience growing a personal or brand account
• Basic photography or video shooting skills
• Arabic caption writing
