Social Media Trainee – 0–1 Years | Hawalli, Kuwait

This remote social media vacancy is open to candidates in Kuwait (candidates near Hawalli preferred). Suitable for candidates with up to one year of experience, including internships, freelance work or part-time roles. Day to day you will work inside a small, supportive team with clear priorities and weekly check-ins.

• Flag negative sentiment to the team quickly
• Maintain a library of reusable captions and hashtags
• Reply to comments and direct messages in a consistent brand voice
• Draft and schedule posts across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and X
• Coordinate with designers for post visuals
• Build a monthly content calendar with campaign themes
• Track engagement, reach and follower growth in a weekly report

• Good written English
• Consistent daily availability
• Ability to write short, engaging captions
• Basic editing skills with Canva, CapCut or similar

• Experience growing a personal or brand account
• Familiarity with Later, Buffer or Meta Business Suite
• Basic photography or video shooting skills
