Social Media Trainee – 1–2 Years | Qatar

We are hiring for a remote social media position based in Qatar. Ideal for candidates with roughly one to two years of hands-on experience who are ready for more responsibility. Expect a predictable weekly rhythm: focused task blocks, a short team sync and a simple end-of-week summary.

• Source or edit short-form video and image assets
• Support influencer outreach and follow-up
• Coordinate with designers for post visuals
• Reply to comments and direct messages in a consistent brand voice
• Track engagement, reach and follower growth in a weekly report

• Good written English
• Active understanding of major social platforms
• Ability to write short, engaging captions
• Basic editing skills with Canva, CapCut or similar

• Experience growing a personal or brand account
• Familiarity with Later, Buffer or Meta Business Suite
• Arabic caption writing
• Basic photography or video shooting skills

• Flexible start times within the Gulf working day
• Weekly one-to-one coaching sessions
• Equipment stipend for laptop or headset
• Certificate of completion for internship graduates

You must be legally resident in Qatar to apply. The indicative range for this role is 4,700–10,500 QAR per month, confirmed at offer stage based on experience.
