Social Media Trainee – 1–2 Years | Worldwide Remote

A work-from-home social media opportunity for people living in worldwide, with priority given to Gulf-based applicants. Ideal for candidates with roughly one to two years of hands-on experience who are ready for more responsibility. You will be given written processes, short training sessions and a direct point of contact for questions.

• Track engagement, reach and follower growth in a weekly report
• Flag negative sentiment to the team quickly
• Support influencer outreach and follow-up
• Watch trending audio and formats relevant to Gulf audiences
• Reply to comments and direct messages in a consistent brand voice
• Maintain a library of reusable captions and hashtags

• Consistent daily availability
• Basic editing skills with Canva, CapCut or similar
• Good written English
• Ability to write short, engaging captions
• Active understanding of major social platforms

• Familiarity with Later, Buffer or Meta Business Suite
• Experience growing a personal or brand account
• Basic photography or video shooting skills
• Arabic caption writing
