Social Media Trainee – Fresh Graduates | Al Rayyan, Qatar

We are hiring for a remote social media position based in Qatar (candidates near Al Rayyan preferred). We welcome fresh graduates who finished their studies recently and want a first professional role they can grow in. Expect a predictable weekly rhythm: focused task blocks, a short team sync and a simple end-of-week summary.

• Support influencer outreach and follow-up
• Track engagement, reach and follower growth in a weekly report
• Source or edit short-form video and image assets
• Maintain a library of reusable captions and hashtags
• Reply to comments and direct messages in a consistent brand voice
• Watch trending audio and formats relevant to Gulf audiences

• Active understanding of major social platforms
• Ability to write short, engaging captions
• Consistent daily availability
• Basic editing skills with Canva, CapCut or similar
• Good written English

• Experience growing a personal or brand account
• Basic photography or video shooting skills
• Arabic caption writing
