A work-from-home social media opportunity for people living in Bahrain. We welcome fresh graduates who finished their studies recently and want a first professional role they can grow in. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

• Track engagement, reach and follower growth in a weekly report
• Flag negative sentiment to the team quickly
• Build a monthly content calendar with campaign themes
• Source or edit short-form video and image assets
• Reply to comments and direct messages in a consistent brand voice
• Watch trending audio and formats relevant to Gulf audiences
• Draft and schedule posts across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and X

• Active understanding of major social platforms
• Good written English
• Ability to write short, engaging captions
• Consistent daily availability

• Familiarity with Later, Buffer or Meta Business Suite
• Basic photography or video shooting skills
• Experience growing a personal or brand account
