Social Media Trainee – Fresh Graduates | Farwaniya, Kuwait

This remote social media vacancy is open to candidates in Kuwait (candidates near Farwaniya preferred). We welcome fresh graduates who finished their studies recently and want a first professional role they can grow in. You will be given written processes, short training sessions and a direct point of contact for questions.

• Build a monthly content calendar with campaign themes
• Source or edit short-form video and image assets
• Support influencer outreach and follow-up
• Flag negative sentiment to the team quickly
• Maintain a library of reusable captions and hashtags
• Coordinate with designers for post visuals
• Track engagement, reach and follower growth in a weekly report

• Basic editing skills with Canva, CapCut or similar
• Good written English
• Consistent daily availability
• Active understanding of major social platforms

• Arabic caption writing
• Familiarity with Later, Buffer or Meta Business Suite
• Experience growing a personal or brand account
• Basic photography or video shooting skills

• Certificate of completion for internship graduates
• Fully remote work with no commute
• Clear performance reviews every quarter
• Paid onboarding and structured training
• Weekly one-to-one coaching sessions
• Flexible start times within the Gulf working day
