Social Media Trainee – Fresh Graduates | Muscat, Oman

We are hiring for a remote social media position based in Oman (candidates near Muscat preferred). We welcome fresh graduates who finished their studies recently and want a first professional role they can grow in. • Watch trending audio and formats relevant to Gulf audiences
• Reply to comments and direct messages in a consistent brand voice
• Source or edit short-form video and image assets
• Maintain a library of reusable captions and hashtags
• Support influencer outreach and follow-up
• Flag negative sentiment to the team quickly
• Build a monthly content calendar with campaign themes

• Consistent daily availability
• Active understanding of major social platforms
• Basic editing skills with Canva, CapCut or similar
• Ability to write short, engaging captions
• Good written English

• Familiarity with Later, Buffer or Meta Business Suite
• Basic photography or video shooting skills
• Experience growing a personal or brand account
• Arabic caption writing
