Social Media Trainee – Internship | Kuwait

We are hiring for a remote social media position based in Kuwait. This is a structured internship designed to give students and recent graduates supervised, hands-on experience. Day to day you will work inside a small, supportive team with clear priorities and weekly check-ins.

• Build a monthly content calendar with campaign themes
• Source or edit short-form video and image assets
• Reply to comments and direct messages in a consistent brand voice
• Track engagement, reach and follower growth in a weekly report
• Flag negative sentiment to the team quickly

• Ability to write short, engaging captions
• Basic editing skills with Canva, CapCut or similar
• Active understanding of major social platforms
• Good written English
• Consistent daily availability
• Currently studying or graduated within the last two years

• Basic photography or video shooting skills
• Familiarity with Later, Buffer or Meta Business Suite
• Experience growing a personal or brand account
• Arabic caption writing

• Paid onboarding and structured training
• Certificate of completion for internship graduates
• Equipment stipend for laptop or headset
• Monthly internet and home-office allowance

Strong performers are supported to take on more complex work within the first six months.

You must be legally resident in Kuwait to apply. The indicative range for this role is 120–200 KWD per month, confirmed at offer stage based on experience.
