Social Media Trainee – Internship | Qatar

We are hiring for a remote social media position based in Qatar. This is a structured internship designed to give students and recent graduates supervised, hands-on experience. Expect a predictable weekly rhythm: focused task blocks, a short team sync and a simple end-of-week summary.

• Watch trending audio and formats relevant to Gulf audiences
• Support influencer outreach and follow-up
• Source or edit short-form video and image assets
• Maintain a library of reusable captions and hashtags
• Build a monthly content calendar with campaign themes
• Reply to comments and direct messages in a consistent brand voice
• Draft and schedule posts across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and X

• Ability to write short, engaging captions
• Basic editing skills with Canva, CapCut or similar
• Consistent daily availability
• Active understanding of major social platforms
• Good written English
• Currently studying or graduated within the last two years

• Familiarity with Later, Buffer or Meta Business Suite
• Experience growing a personal or brand account
• Basic photography or video shooting skills
• Arabic caption writing
