Social Media Trainee – Junior Level | Al Rayyan, Qatar

A work-from-home social media opportunity for people living in Qatar (candidates near Al Rayyan preferred). A junior-level position for someone who has covered the basics and now wants to build depth and ownership. You will be given written processes, short training sessions and a direct point of contact for questions.

• Support influencer outreach and follow-up
• Watch trending audio and formats relevant to Gulf audiences
• Draft and schedule posts across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and X
• Build a monthly content calendar with campaign themes
• Maintain a library of reusable captions and hashtags
• Reply to comments and direct messages in a consistent brand voice
• Coordinate with designers for post visuals

• Ability to write short, engaging captions
• Active understanding of major social platforms
• Basic editing skills with Canva, CapCut or similar
• Good written English
• Consistent daily availability

• Familiarity with Later, Buffer or Meta Business Suite
• Basic photography or video shooting skills
• Arabic caption writing
