Social Media Trainee – Junior Level | Sharjah, United Arab Emirates

We are hiring for a remote social media position based in United Arab Emirates (candidates near Sharjah preferred). A junior-level position for someone who has covered the basics and now wants to build depth and ownership. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

• Reply to comments and direct messages in a consistent brand voice
• Build a monthly content calendar with campaign themes
• Support influencer outreach and follow-up
• Draft and schedule posts across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and X
• Watch trending audio and formats relevant to Gulf audiences
• Maintain a library of reusable captions and hashtags
• Track engagement, reach and follower growth in a weekly report

• Active understanding of major social platforms
• Consistent daily availability
• Basic editing skills with Canva, CapCut or similar
• Good written English
• Ability to write short, engaging captions

• Arabic caption writing
• Familiarity with Later, Buffer or Meta Business Suite
• Experience growing a personal or brand account
• Basic photography or video shooting skills
