Social Media Trainee – No Experience Required | Al Rayyan, Qatar

A work-from-home social media opportunity for people living in Qatar (candidates near Al Rayyan preferred). This role is open to candidates with no previous work experience — full training is provided from day one. Expect a predictable weekly rhythm: focused task blocks, a short team sync and a simple end-of-week summary.

• Support influencer outreach and follow-up
• Build a monthly content calendar with campaign themes
• Draft and schedule posts across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and X
• Coordinate with designers for post visuals
• Reply to comments and direct messages in a consistent brand voice

• Ability to write short, engaging captions
• Consistent daily availability
• Active understanding of major social platforms
• Good written English
• Basic editing skills with Canva, CapCut or similar

• Familiarity with Later, Buffer or Meta Business Suite
• Arabic caption writing
• Basic photography or video shooting skills
