Social Media Trainee – No Experience Required | Bahrain

A work-from-home social media opportunity for people living in Bahrain. This role is open to candidates with no previous work experience — full training is provided from day one. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

• Reply to comments and direct messages in a consistent brand voice
• Flag negative sentiment to the team quickly
• Track engagement, reach and follower growth in a weekly report
• Coordinate with designers for post visuals
• Build a monthly content calendar with campaign themes
• Support influencer outreach and follow-up
• Source or edit short-form video and image assets

• Active understanding of major social platforms
• Good written English
• Basic editing skills with Canva, CapCut or similar
• Consistent daily availability
• Ability to write short, engaging captions

• Experience growing a personal or brand account
• Arabic caption writing
• Familiarity with Later, Buffer or Meta Business Suite
• Basic photography or video shooting skills
