Social Media Trainee – No Experience Required | Sharjah, United Arab Emirates

We are hiring for a remote social media position based in United Arab Emirates (candidates near Sharjah preferred). This role is open to candidates with no previous work experience — full training is provided from day one. Day to day you will work inside a small, supportive team with clear priorities and weekly check-ins.

• Maintain a library of reusable captions and hashtags
• Source or edit short-form video and image assets
• Flag negative sentiment to the team quickly
• Coordinate with designers for post visuals
• Reply to comments and direct messages in a consistent brand voice
• Build a monthly content calendar with campaign themes

• Ability to write short, engaging captions
• Good written English
• Basic editing skills with Canva, CapCut or similar
• Consistent daily availability
• Active understanding of major social platforms

• Arabic caption writing
• Basic photography or video shooting skills
• Familiarity with Later, Buffer or Meta Business Suite

• Clear performance reviews every quarter
• Fully remote work with no commute

Strong performers are supported to take on more complex work within the first six months.
