Job summary

About the role

A work-from-home customer service opportunity for people living in Oman (candidates near Muscat preferred). This is a structured internship designed to give students and recent graduates supervised, hands-on experience. You will be given written processes, short training sessions and a direct point of contact for questions.

Responsibilities

  • Keep a friendly, professional tone with frustrated customers
  • Follow up on open cases until the customer confirms the issue is resolved
  • Answer customer questions over chat, email and phone within agreed response times
  • Share recurring complaints with the team so processes can improve
  • Escalate technical or billing problems to the right internal team
  • Log every interaction in the ticketing system with clear, readable notes
  • Update help-centre answers when you spot outdated information

Requirements

  • Calm, patient communication style
  • Clear written and spoken English
  • Ability to handle several conversations at once
  • Basic computer literacy and fast typing
  • Willingness to learn product details during paid training
  • Currently studying or graduated within the last two years

Preferred skills

  • Conversational Arabic
  • Familiarity with CSAT and first-response metrics
  • Retail, hospitality or call-centre background
  • Experience with Zendesk, Freshdesk or similar tools
