About the role

We are hiring for a remote customer service position based in Bahrain. A junior-level position for someone who has covered the basics and now wants to build depth and ownership. Expect a predictable weekly rhythm: focused task blocks, a short team sync and a simple end-of-week summary.

Responsibilities

  • Verify customer identity before making any account changes
  • Update help-centre answers when you spot outdated information
  • Follow up on open cases until the customer confirms the issue is resolved
  • Answer customer questions over chat, email and phone within agreed response times
  • Guide customers through order, delivery and account issues step by step

Requirements

  • Calm, patient communication style
  • Comfortable working set shift hours from home
  • Clear written and spoken English
  • Basic computer literacy and fast typing

Preferred skills

  • Exposure to e-commerce order systems
  • Retail, hospitality or call-centre background
  • Conversational Arabic
  • Familiarity with CSAT and first-response metrics
