About the role

A work-from-home customer service opportunity for people living in any GCC country (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain or Oman). A junior-level position for someone who has covered the basics and now wants to build depth and ownership. Expect a predictable weekly rhythm: focused task blocks, a short team sync and a simple end-of-week summary.

Responsibilities

  • Log every interaction in the ticketing system with clear, readable notes
  • Verify customer identity before making any account changes
  • Meet daily targets for resolved conversations and satisfaction scores
  • Share recurring complaints with the team so processes can improve
  • Follow up on open cases until the customer confirms the issue is resolved
  • Keep a friendly, professional tone with frustrated customers

Requirements

  • Stable internet and a quiet place to take calls
  • Calm, patient communication style
  • Willingness to learn product details during paid training
  • Ability to handle several conversations at once
  • Comfortable working set shift hours from home

Preferred skills

  • Familiarity with CSAT and first-response metrics
  • Exposure to e-commerce order systems
