Job summary

About the role

A work-from-home customer service opportunity for people living in Oman. A junior-level position for someone who has covered the basics and now wants to build depth and ownership. You will be given written processes, short training sessions and a direct point of contact for questions.

Responsibilities

  • Follow up on open cases until the customer confirms the issue is resolved
  • Share recurring complaints with the team so processes can improve
  • Meet daily targets for resolved conversations and satisfaction scores
  • Update help-centre answers when you spot outdated information
  • Answer customer questions over chat, email and phone within agreed response times
  • Escalate technical or billing problems to the right internal team

Requirements

  • Calm, patient communication style
  • Ability to handle several conversations at once
  • Stable internet and a quiet place to take calls
  • Clear written and spoken English

Preferred skills

  • Exposure to e-commerce order systems
  • Familiarity with CSAT and first-response metrics
  • Conversational Arabic
  • Experience with Zendesk, Freshdesk or similar tools

Eligibility
